Trail fee R50per person All Ages Yellow Trail 3km Difficulty : Easy Elevation : 80m This trail is mostly single track with grasslands and forest sections over a very short distance. Kids can bring their bicycles along on this trail and its perfect for pets as well. Red Trail 5km Difficulty : Moderate Elevation : 380m Although we describe this as moderate please don't under estimate the stamina needed to complete this hike. A constantly ascending trail up to the escarpment over looking the whole valley. This is our most popular trail and a bucket list experience for every hiking enthusiast. Black Trail Difficulty : Advanced Elevation :480m-600m This trail is indicated as 10Km but truth be told the distances on top of the mountain are limitless as they can extend into the Van Gaalen Trail network that stretches over 80km long over 50 private landowners throughout the Valley. So the running & hiking possibilities are endless but you will have to plan your route in advance and know your way around a map and mapping equipment for these kinds of adventures.
