Vergenoeg Braai/Picnic Area Booking Policy 1. Booking Requirements: -All bookings must be made in advance through our official website. -A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. -Bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment & Cancellation Policy: -Full payment is required to secure the booking. -No Refunds for Cancellations -In the event of Rain we accept rescheduling to another date. -Postponements will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. 3. Rules & Regulations: -Guests must check in at reception upon arrival. -Fires are only permitted in designated braai areas. -No loud music or disruptive behavior is allowed. -All guests must vacate the premises by the designated closing time.(18:00pm) -Littering is strictly prohibited; all trash must be disposed of in designated bins. -Pets are allowed on leash. -Alcohol can only be purchased from the premises. -Alcohol consumption is allowed, but excessive drinking and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. 4. Liability & Indemnity: Vergenoeg management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or facilities. All activities are undertaken at the guests' own risk; Vergenoeg is not liable for any injury or accidents. 5. Group Bookings & Special Events: For group bookings (20+ people), special arrangements may be required. Exclusive use of an area must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional fees. Any special requests (decorations, catering, etc.) must be approved by management. 6.
